If you have requested a rebate/premium with Nokia, you can check on the shipping status here. Please allow up to 10 weeks for processing and delivery. All rebates/premiums requested will be shipped individually and may not arrive at the same time.

To check the status of your submission:


1. Please type in your full 11 digit ESN (electronic serial number) or your 15 digit IMEI number in the box below. The 11-digit ESN or 15-digit IMEI is printed on the back of your Nokia phone and can be found by removing the back cover and battery of the phone.
